Hi, I Recently Found Out My Son's Teacher Has Knowingly

Hi, I recently found out my son's teacher has knowingly allowed him to consume paper, bookmarks, pencils (including the wood, metal, and easer top) - I am wondering what the dangers are with this as it has been a reoccurring issue. I would like to be able to explain the dangers to the teacher and the school board
