Hi , I Recently Got A Rash In The Middle

Hi , I recently got a rash in the middle of my anusand vaginas but didn't think it was anything bad so I had a sexual relationship with my partner but I noticed that at the end my vaginas was hurting. The next day I woke up in pain from my vagina and the rash has spread a little more and now I'm not as much pain as before. Help
