Hi, I Recently Got Bit By My Dog. Who Is

Hi, I recently got bit by my dog. Who is not up to date on his rabies shot. The wound on my finger seems fine. However, the one on my thumb is swollen, tender, and leaking clear liquid this morning. Throughout the day I have felt fine but recently my throat has become dry regardless of how much water I drink. Do I have anything to worry about?
