Hi I recently got circumcised, 22 July 2016 due to phimosis that was unable to be "stretched out", everything seems to have healed up fine however across at least 40% on the penis glans the skin has become white and raised, looks like a large flat liquid filled blister, I have had it since the operation and there has not been much in terms of healing in this area, I'm starting university in a week this issue is causing me a lot of anxiety.
