Hi I Recently Got Into A Little Scuffle And Got

Hi I recently got into a little scuffle and got hit pretty hard on my jaw right below and in front of my ear. I had it checked out and they said that nothing was fractured or broken but within the past couple days my jaw has been swelling up with a large lump/swelling right in front and below to my jaw line. Its painful to open my mouth all the way and the skin feels very tight where the swelling is. Just wanted to know if I should be concerned. Thank you for your help in advance!!
