Hi I Recently Had A 3 Big Internal Hemmorhoids Removed

Hi I recently had a 3 big internal hemmorhoids removed surgically and now I'm seeing 3 tiny ones now I'm recoverin around the outside opening of my anus, I tried pushing them back inside but they are not moving. Do you think they will subside as time goes by saying its only 2 days since the surgery? and can you recommend something I can use to rub on themor to take orally to aid in them going back inside?
