Hi I Recently Had A Fall Of My Step Ladder

Hi I recently had a fall of my step ladder and hurt myself and my neck tilted back because of the fall the pain wasn't as bad at first but now it's going across to my shoulders and sleeping in bed is very painful at the moment can u advice me on anything that will help
