Hi, I Recently Had A Mishap While Cooking And Some

Hi,
I recently had a mishap while cooking and some portion of my neck and both hands got burnt with boiling hot gravy.There are blisters on hands but the skin of neck got peeled off.Emergency dr. Asked me to apply silverex,which i m doing also.But this silverex is getting stuck to the wound in the neck.My query is should i keep applying the silverex over this or i should clean the wound before applying the new coat of silverex.As dr. Has advised not to put water i hv nt cleaned any of my burns yet.plz advice.
