Hi, I Recently Had A Physical And My Red Blood

Hi, I recently had a physical and my red blood cell count came back at 3.88 M/uL. This is flagged as low, and I'm wondering how concerned I should be. I went in to mainly check my thyroid (which is fine) because I've been feeling very lethargic and have a lot less energy than I normally do. Should I follow up with my general practitioner or see a specialist?
