Hi. I Recently Had A Series Of White Inflamed Bumps

Hi. I recently had a series of white inflamed bumps appear on my clitoris good and they hurt to the touch. Nothing soothes it and they constantly itch. I've had the same sexual partner for 4 years and have ruled out an STD. I have no health insurance and am embarrassed to go to the emergency room. My whole hood is swollen and hurts. What could this be??
