Hi, I Recently Had An Accident At Work Around 1

Hi, I recently had an accident at work around 1 and 3/4 years ago. I had a slip fall accident. In this accident I stretched my left arm to try to break the fall. I had a tore rotor cuff in left shoulder, and shortly after accident, started having a pinched nerve feeling behind upper right side of shoulder blade. Also daily headaches. The pinched nerve sometimes runs up the nerve from the upper right side of shoulder blade on left arm up into the mid- neck C-3 maybe. It happens when I make certain movement of left arm. The pinching sensation is sharp, quick, but getting longer as they told me to stop wearing my shoulder slang, which was keeping my left arm in-mobile so I didn't have the pain. The pain is getting sharper now, and longer lasting, really in my best guess feels like a pinched nerve. They told me it was a tore muscle and me being in-mobile wasn't helping. As I am typing right now, I am steadily getting that pinching sensation and even slight burn in the pain. I had a left shoulder MRI, and a neck MRI. Is there a possibility that the pinched nerve was outside of the MRI scan?
