Hi, I Recently Had Earlobe Reconstruction And Today I Had

Hi, I recently had earlobe reconstruction and today I had the sutures removed. I noticed that on my left ear there is a raised area that's like a large bump. I'm wondering if this is a normal part of the healing process or do I need to worry about a keloid or hypertrophic scar forming? Thank you.
