Hi, I Recently Had Liver Resection In Two Parts Last

Hi, I recently had liver resection in two parts last week. According to the cardiologists, I went into A-Fib they think due to the 2 major surgeries. I am extremely allergic to iodine , but they put me on Amiodarone
200 Mg and I can't eat or sleep and having severe stomach pains and tiredness & shortness of breath. Can you help me as I can't get in to see my cardiologist until Friday. Can I cut pill in half to lessen the side effects of the medication ?? Please I need your help as I am really suffering?? Can I take a steroid or benadryl to help lessen the side effects?
