Hi, I Recently Had Minor Surgery On My Knee After

Hi, I recently had minor surgery on my knee after a bad dislocation, and also had an arthroscope. While it has been over a months and a half since the surgery I'm noticing little whites posts coming up in the scar, still under the skin with nothing protruding out of the skin, like pimples but not like any I've seen before. Is this some sort of discoloured scar tissue or is this something I should be conserned about?
