Hi, I recently had two bouts of gross haematuria (one following a saddle injury type fall and one after a physically exerting day), had full set of bloods all clean except raised ALT, cystoscopy was clear except a couple of tiny clots free floating in the bladder, prostrate appeared slightly swollen however PSA and DRE both normal.

I'm due for a CT scan and wonder of the likely hood of renal cancer, it's keeping me up at night worrying, I have no systemic issues, I'm 47 and obese which due to having a sedatory job causes bilateral, intermittent, loin ache at times which I've put down to position on muscle.
