Hi. I recently had unprotected sex with a stranger and have contracted chlamydia. I'm starting to feel a slight burning sensation on the left side of my lip-line. Although there are no other symptoms, I'm worried that I might have oral Herpes. Am I just being paranoid or is this a serious concern?
