Hi I Recently Has A Molar Pulled Out Upper Mandible

Hi I recently has a molar pulled out upper mandible I had gotten a terrible bacteria infection from the open area from where she pulled up into my sinues. I took antibiotics and pain meds but now being 2 weeks I smell rotten smell from my sinus. What do I do about this?
