Hi, I Recently Just Waxed About 1 Hour Ago, And

Hi, I recently just waxed about 1 hour ago, and since then I've come out in red and purple spots. I have anxiety so instantly thought the worst and thought it was meningitis, I did a waxing strip on my friend and he also has purple dots but not as bad and mine.. I'm extremely worried.. I have read it could just be bruising under the skin but in just worried as hell! My friend has the same too, with the purple dots after she has her eyebrows waxed.. I do have anemia though.
