Hi, I Recently Noticed A Small "pea-sized" Lump On The

Hi, I recently noticed a small "pea-sized" lump on the distal shaft of my penis. I can only feel it if I really try to palpate it and it just feels like a tiny pea. It is painless even when I push on it and it is movable with my finger. I was wondering what it could be, if it's serious, if I should see my doctor for it.
