Hi , I Recently Realized That I Had This Little

Hi ,
I recently realized that I had this little ball inside my left labia , I googled it and it said that it could a Batholine Cyst. I'm very itchy down there. But I calmed it down with peroxide. How can I take care of this from becoming smaller at home ? I'm very worried because I read that it usually happens to women whom have been pregnant. Which I've never been. Nor am I. Please help ! I'm freaking out.
