Hi, I Recently Received Turf Burn Not Too Long Ago

Hi, I recently received turf burn not too long ago while diving for a football. It healed but I fell on the same exact spot then I put a bandage over it. A couple hours later a clear water like substance was all over my elbow and its started to get sticky. I now I have white dry marks on my elbow
