Hi! I Recently Started Itching On My Labia Majora And

Hi! I recently started itching on my labia majora and it was terrible!! no funky discharge or anything like I usually do have with yeast infections. I have tonsillitis so I was on Augmentin 625 mg which already caused me a yeast infection. Anyway I took fluconazole once a week for two weeks and applied candid clotrimazole cream. I also used clindamycin and clotrimazole vaginal suppositories which seem to help A LOT. Itching has reduced to a great extent but it's still there. Anyway, I got a high vaginal swab culture test done and the results showed up to be Klebsiella Oxytoca. Since I'm a medical student, I work in the hospital part time and it is rumoured that this vaginal infection is usually acquired from hospitals? Also, I did have unprotected sex before so I wanted to make sure it was Trich or anything and I told the gynae this before my culture. She said this culture should be able to spot trich if I have it. Is this swab test sufficient or do I need to take other tests to confirm I don't have trich? Also, does Klebsiella ocytoca cause vaginal itching?
