Hi! I Recently Started Taking Birth Control, The Pill Is

Hi! I recently started taking birth control, the pill is called Minesse. I wanted to ask two questions, can I get pregnant if I don't get my period on the four last white pills (of days 24-28)?
And I've been taking the pill for 16 days now, and I'm still bleeding (not cloths but watery red blood) is this normal? How long does this last?
