Hi, I Recently Started With Pain At My Foot Thump

Hi, I recently started with pain at my foot thump which a local physician called GOUT condition and in the lab reports suggests Uric acid is high at 8.3, I also got BP and take a daily tablet named "teleact am". I also have fatty liver.

Kindly suggest me some medician to control URIC acid.
Do I need to have cholesterol tested?
