Hi I Recently Tested Positive For An Std And I

Hi I recently tested positive for an std and I was giving 2 pills to take at once will I took the pills after I ate and I threw up less then twenty mins within taking them and I waited the three weeks before having sex and my partner was tested as well..this pass Monday I had intercourse and now I'm seeing the cloudy discharge and I'm irritated and slightly itchy...can I go back to my pharmacy for another dose?
