Hi I Recently Was Diagnosed With Bell's Palsy I Just

Hi I recently was diagnosed with Bell's palsy I just woke up one day my face felt funny all day on left side by the end of that day my face on left side was completely paralyzed, it's been a month now and I have most of my movement back, still can't blink left eye completely, but know I noticed indention on top of head and my left side from middle back to left eye is sore to touch, also I have lost some vision in left eye, wasn't blurry before bells and has worsened in last month a lot. Any advise for me?
