I recently went from a TSH of 3.090 in October, then the same month it was 4.020, T4 1.15, then on December 9, the TSH was 6.670 and the t4 1.30.
Please help
I do not want to take Levothyroxine and would much rather take supplements and herbal thyroid (Gaia Herbs-Thyroid Support) and/kelp.
I do not understand this-
