Hi, I Recently Went On Claritin D For Allergy, Sneezing,

Hi, I recently went on Claritin D for allergy, sneezing, runny nose. Cleared it up on the first dosage. I am type 2 diabetic, Metformin, 1,000mg 2x per day.
I noticed after 3 days, my fasting sugar was 180-200. Normally 110-130.
I immediately stopped the Claritin. Slowly, i see the numbers coming down,150 this am.
How long does the Claritin stay in your system? I took it for four days.
Started on a Tues till Friday. Today is Monday, so 3 days off it.
