Hi. I Recently Within The Past Week Noticed A Slight

Hi. I recently within the past week noticed a slight discomfort in my right testicle. Not pain but noticeable.
I happened to notice that the right testicle is higher and tighter than normal. Almost like something is not letting it hang in its normal position?
What could this be? and anything i can do before i go see a doctor? Its been about 5 days now and has not gone back to normal
