Hi I Recieved A Blow Just Below My Knee And

Hi I recieved a blow just below my knee and above me shin and it bruised straight away. It's been a month since the football match and the bruise has gone but there is a hard lump under neath. It hurts to touch and hurts if I lean on it. My manager thinks I may have chipped my bone or something about calcium? Should I go see a doctor?
