Hi, I Retain Urine Below My Crotch And Above My

Hi, I retain urine below my crotch and above my testicles as if there were a sac down there. My doctor who just did a cystoscopy on me said he found nothing wrong. But I never had the problem until after he gave me a urethroplasty last winter. Is he avoiding me for a reason? I am really tired of milking myself every time I urrinate. The real question is what can I do about this? Please help.
