Hi, I Saved A Kitten About 4 Days Ago And

Hi, I saved a kitten about 4 days ago and the other night I went out to check on him and he started meowing really loud and moving his head around uncontrollably but he was still purring. He is still doing it but not as bad and when he walks he loses his balance. I don't know what to do or what it is. Please help!
