Hi ..I Saw This 51 Year Old Patient Today With

Hi ..I saw this 51 year old patient today with a linear fibrous like tissue seen and palpated with extension of her trunk the area was tender and extended from her left mid breast down to her left mid abdomen ( left upper quadrant), she has notice the pain and discomfort in the area for past 3 weeks but the pain was now recently extending down to LLq abdomen and left upper thigh....and she was concerned about it....she denied any trauma or any surgeries other than a complete hysterectomy and a caesarean ..she only takes Estradiol for the past 2 years...any idea what the linear fibrous like lesion could be??
