Hi, I Scratched My Finger Against A Nail Coming Out

Hi, I scratched my finger against a nail coming out from under the bed. I did bleed a little but cleaned and bandaged the area just in case. It seems more like a surface skin wound than a deeper wound. But just in case do I need to get a tetanus shot? I got my last tetanus shot 2 years ago.
