Hi I Seem To Get A Numb Toe On My

Hi I seem to get a numb toe on my right foot (bug toe) they day after consuming large amounts of alcohol. I don’t drink often but perhaps ‘binge’ 10 times a year (otherwise rarely drink) is this linked to the alcohol and what can I do (in addition to not binge drinking) to make the symptoms lessen.
