Hi, I Seem To Have A Blocked Eustachian Tube That

Hi, I seem to have a blocked eustachian tube that I think is related to my wisdom tooth on the right side coming out. I have also been sick for about a month with two different common colds and I am still experiencing coughing and a stuffy nose from that. My right ear blocked about a week ago after hearing weird popping noises the night before. I can't hear much out of the ear but I feel as if I am hearing my pule in my ear. It has not cleared up and I am wondering what could be the cause and what I could do to fix it.
