Hi, I Slipped On The Steps And Fell Hitting My

Hi, I slipped on the steps and fell hitting my cheek and forehead on the cement pavement. Then when I got up, I had a nose bleed. When I tiled my head back, it gradually stopped.

Went to emergency and went to a head xray. the doctor said I am fine and the nose bleed was caused by my blood thinner medicine, clopidogrel.

Do I have to see a doctor again?
