Hi , I Sneezed Last Week And Heard A Crack

Hi , I sneezed last week and heard a crack and ever since I've had a sore throat. It's affecting my voice and it's getting worse tonight. It's sore to touch on the outside and is very swollen at the back of my mouth and very painful to swallow, can you tell me what's wrong please?
