Hi. I Sometimes Experience Numbness/coldness In My Hands During Sleep

Hi. I sometimes experience numbness/coldness in my hands during sleep and just recently it happened as i was simply sitting at the computer. it was just in the right hand that time. other hand was normal and warm....right hand was cold, numb and tingly.
