Hi I Sometimes Get A Fluttering Sensation In By Head

Hi I sometimes get a fluttering sensation in by head a few times a day with a slight dizzy sensation for fraction of a second & do have constant ringing in my ears. This is happening a good few times perhaps now on a daily basis. What do you think it is?
