Hi I Sprayed My Boots With A Water Blocker Inside

Hi I sprayed my boots with a water blocker inside and inhaled by accident as it was raining heavily so couldn't do it outside. Now my head, nose and lungs hurt and I feel pins and needles around my face and nauseous. .I tried some saline spray but I feel so bad. What can I do?? Please
