Hi, I Started Bleeding As Heavy As A Normal Period

Hi, I started bleeding as heavy as a normal period despite having one day left of my mycrogynon 30 packet. Usually the period starts on the third day of the break week. I have continued onto a second packet without the 7 day break as I am on holiday. I have continued bleeding for the past 2 days. I have been in Thailand for 2 weeks and have 2 weeks left, the heat is crazy compared to England, could that affect the bleeding? Will the bleeding stop or will I have to wait out this random period. How is it possible to bleed with inflated oestrogen and progesterone levels?
