Hi, I Started Getting Symptoms Of A Common Cold But

Hi, I started getting symptoms of a common cold but they got worse as the day goes on. I can only swallow water, no food. I have a throbbing headache, my eyes are sensitive to a lot of light, i have a dry throat, my eyes are extremely red , i have a fever, and i have pain starting in my head and going down my back. Is this normal for a regular cold?
