Hi I Started My Deep Shot On October 13, 2015

I started my deep shot on October 13, 2015 and was suppose to do back on January 4, 2016 to get the second shot. I did not go back to get the second shot. I've been having a brown discharge and have only seen one spot of blood. I had sex on Jan. 23, 2016 unprotected and have been noticing pregnancy systems 4 days after having sex. Wondering could I be pregnant? My doctor told me to wait until i have had a missed period by i haven't had a period since October when I took my first shot. HELP!
