Hi I Started Orlistat On Monday Had No Side Effects

Hi I started orlistat on Monday had no side effects except goin to loo more often . I have ms so the pain killers I take constipate me . I'm eatin cereal low fat milk low fat yogurt ,low fat cheese on riveta lots of fruit and veg soups + exercising . When I feel the need to go to loo I have to go but it is solid am I doing everything properly ?
