Hi I Started Spotting Last Week Before My Period Was

I started spotting last week before my period was supposed to start drop in the morning then drop in evening. On saturday did a pregnancy test and it was positive and now this evening there was a bit more blood but nothing now. I had a misscariage at 6 weeks in august and am very worried now
