Hi. I started this afternoon with sharp pain in my lower stomach followed by rapid bowel movements. I took an Excedrin for the headache that contains Aspirin and I suspected that caused the pain. Problem is that now the pain is gone, my bowels are empty and I am just passing bright red blood as stool. It is not much but it concerns me.
