Hi, I Suddenly Woke Up With A Rash In My

Hi, I suddenly woke up with a rash in my "butt crack." The day before I was wearing sweaty exercise pants for a prolonged period of time. Soon after a lymph node in my right groin area became swollen and painful. Are the two related? What is the rash? How can it be treated?
