Hi. I Suffer Anxiety, Depression And Epilepsy. I Do Not

Hi. I suffer anxiety, depression and epilepsy. I do not take medication for any and have been doing well. But last night my temperature increased rapidly. I had severe chest pain and found it very gmhard to breathe. Then my hands and feet went numb and cramped severely to the point my hands were cramping and could not use them or walk. It lasted half an hour. Felt like a heart attack. Nothing was stressing me put?? I layed down And this morning I feel sore in every muscle. My hands still really hurt. Never had this happen before.
