Hi, I Suffer From Anxiety And Stress And Am On

Hi, I suffer from anxiety and stress and am on medication for high BP (which runs in my family). I am 35 years old and have had 2 children via C Section. I have had my appendix removed. For 2 years I have suffered with digestive problems which I have not investigated due to working full time and being a Mum - no time for me. I thought I may have GERD and my GP did put me on Nexiam which did help. I have never suffered from heartburn, even through my pregnancies but I get it all the time now, sometimes so bad it feels like a heart attack. I have found out by process of elimination that I am lactose intolerant so this has helped me immensely but I still get severe bloating, cramps, and terrible diarrhoea almost 3-4 times a week. Could I have a stomach ulcer? Sometimes there are strange movements in my stomach which reminds me of the flutterings when pregnant. I am not pregnant. I have not dropped or put on weight. The only change to my eating patterns has been dropping dairy. But I do indulge in chocolate on occasion. Should I start with an ultrasound or do a scope? Just not sure where to begin as I am time poor and don't have anyone to watch the kids. Please help!
